Bash is one skill and gaurdian dont get it tilll level 40 and i try to level my character where he blocks alot but i only block a couple timea fight not worth it needs to be higher imp but anohter skill would suffice for that!

Pearl theft

Lowers the maximum amount of Mana the opponent has by 5% with a 15% chance of activating but increase thier regeneration of hp by 10%

Addle

Upon striking this skill has a 0.15% chance(0.35% if two handed weapon is used) to slow the foes attack speed by 15% for a time equal to the difference in the players level being used + 5 seconds

So if Relic used this skill and go A hit on some one who is level 70 it is only for 5 seconds but if it was used on a 60 it would be for 15 seconds and if it was used on some one any level higher then him it is 5 seconds

Sorry,too lazy to read through all of this to find a similar idea. >_<

I'm not a caster but this seemed like a good one.
A level 40,or 60 skill that lowers the recharge time of recastable gems by .5%/level for staff users,and .1%/level for non-staff users.

Rampage lvl 40 Weaponary PvP skill only

Each point in this skills grants the player a 0.15% chance to have an adrenline rush striking all enemies when auto attacking. Doesnt effect pets.

would be great something like class skill(s) giving mor diffrences to classes
or path skills, at lvl xx you have to choose between, let's say 3 o 4 skills, to get one, and never see again the others (?)

Shadow Cast

Level 20 Death Magic

With a staff equipped every point in this skill gives a 0.1% per level chance of casting a shadow of a gem when it is put into play that does 1% per level of the gems effect at no mana or energy cost.

Example:
blue dd gem that does 10-10.

level 10 Shadow cast = 1% chance to cast a 1-1 damage once the gem is placed in an active slot. Triggered like replay.

Beast Apprentice

Level 40 or 60 Beastmastery

Every point in this skill gives a 1% chance per level of your attacking pet(s) to execute any one of your weaponry attacks you have learned at random. The chance is a fraction of the weaponry skills chance chosen to execute.


So you have level 100 crit strike = 25%

level 10 Beast apprentice gives your pet a 2.5% chance of critting along side your predacity if this skill is chosen to be executed.

100 hemorrhage = 33%

level 10 Beast apprentice is 3.3% chance of your pet doing a bloodlet with its min damage.


Retaliate
Level 60 or 80 Weaponry

Every level in this skill gives you a .05% chance per weapon of performing an attack in response to taking melee, pet, dd, or ranged damage.

At a skill of 100 the delay of a two handed weapon is reduced by 25%

How about a beastmastery skill that will improve pet accuarcy...even a little...

also, i was thinking that you should be able to auto cycle learning skills for those of us who level them evenly.

just a thought.

Level 60 or 80 learning

Upon leveling this skill a second learning and passive skill may be chosen at 1% per level of the rate.

The same skill can not be chosen for both passives to increase it faster.
The right click menu would change to select whether its the main passive/second passive.
and the P would maybe be a different color for the second passive and learning skill so you know which one you have training at full exp and which are at the reduced.

Lets you inspect all the other players skills such as Slashing Slice Crushing and yatta yatta yatta if Recognition is greater then theirs. or you could make it higher than their player level.

Black Magic skills:

Drain Life: every time you deal damage with a DoT gem, there is [skill lvl*1%] chance of healing yourself for 1. (Only works with staff equipped, or gets penalties without a staff. There could be similiar skills for draining energy and mana, or the 3 could be combined into 1 skills.)

Inevitable Doom: whenever a DoT gem you cast gets resisted, there is a [skill lvl*1%] chance of casting some sort of small DoT on the target that cannot be resisted. (Only works with staff equipped.)

There could be some epic skills that could be unlocked only by finding some rare epic drops, maybe some sort of epic seals. Players would be limited to only a few epic skills, so they would have to chose which one(s) do they want to unlock.

I also support the idea of introducing class-only skills.
