My Issue
I'm looking for some advice as to how continue leveling my warlock. I find myself often out of mana and I don't find my spells hit very hard (Int = 115) compared to regular attacks.
My friend is using a level 5 dagger and he seems to be able to kill things much faster than me with almost no down time.
What am I doing wrong, and how can I fix it?
Should I be relying more on the Dot effects or keep focusing on Direct Damage spells?
Should I be leveling any other magic types?
Thank you for any help you can offer.

Pick up the Blue Gem (1), Minor Balance. That Helps me a TON, as it pulls Energy into Mana and Mana into Energy depending on which ever is lower.
Think I got mine in T1.

I avoid the energy/mana balancing by having an equal amount of gems that use the same amount of one or the other.

There are gems such as Minor Emotional Repair that cost a small amount of energy or mana and in return they give double the cost of the other. These can be used to decrease your downtime.

And a very long lasting amount of both for longer boss battles.
