Default Weapon Master abillity question
Hellpen - Increase your melee haste significantly for 10 seconds.

It stacks with dual weild and quicksteel rune, right?

I would have to say that yes, this would stack with both of those effects, since all it really does in provide an aura...

However, that means that it would NOT stack with the haste auras, nor would it stack with the melee/range haste granted by certain epic quivers

I would be pretty curious to see what the actual haste % is that this effect grants (probably something like 0.5% / char level, but I'm not real sure how to figure that out

It doesn't stack with auras haste.
