question about parrying and blocking......

can the two be used together? not as in the time but lets say having both increases your chance of avoiding damage, for example instead of having just the chance to parry, you have the chance to block too and like i said, not at the same time

can this work.......please someone reply so i can choose to start over or not[ive started over 3 times already XD lol]

as long as u dont use a bow lol then u cant parry at all

and if u have a shield equipped take a 25% haste loss
