All I have asked is to keep civil civil. If that upsets you, then I'm sorry, but some of us do not want our children seeing this sort of behavior in civil.

I would like some clarification about the civil rules. Could you define what you mean by each off limit topic? For example, in philosophy the existence and non existence of God is debated but this is a philosophical debate. Is God automatically considered a religious topic even in this context? I am a believer in God and in Jesus, my faith and relationship with Him is the most important part of my life. I don't consider what I believe religion, but rather a relationship and a faith. Is it considered uncivil to tell someone what I believe if I am asked in civil? Not preach to them, or start a fight, but just tell what I believe.
Also, just curious, does the civil rules comply with the first amendment where we are to not respect an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof. The free exercise of religion also includes the right to express the beliefs of that religion. Does uncivil chat make the provision for this right, or is civil also where it should apply? I'm just curious on this part, don't want to start a fight about it, just looking for a better understanding and clarification.
Ty Glitch in advance.

Really, what it comes down to is Glitch doesn't much care what people discuss, as long as no one gets their lizard feelings hurt. On days when we've had a strong lack of sensitive people and/or those who really, really want to feel offended, we've had long discussions on religion and politics without anyone getting feathers ruffled. I think the sole reason for banning those topics is because for some reason people tend to get up in arms when they're discussed, and can't control their little emotions, and then feelings get hurt.
In short, yeah, you can discuss pretty much whatever you want, long as you don't make anyone cry.

A 24 hour squelch last for, as you might expect, 24 hours.
You may well find that your sister has been spamming chat, begging, or something similar. As such, the first squelch should be viewed as a serious warning from Glitchless. You may not be warned next time, just banned from chat for life.
If she's not responsible, then tell her to create her own toon (or create one for her). Don't let her sit yours.

Aggressive spam begging probably more likely - so basically, spamming /c with some sort of dross.
That, or swearing (or evading the swear filter) is the sort of thing that gets you squelched as a newbie.
For experienced players, further offences include trolling new players, or deliberately giving out duff information to new players.

I have a question. I've somehow mislaid some items and I have no idea where they are,or even how they got there in the first place. Would I be able to get some help for support in tracking them down,as all I know is that they are "west of Altimus" and I don't really want to have to search the entire area for them?
Or is this something I'll have to figure out for myself?

Just check storage every few steps to track them down. Try and only leave stuff in towns or on your usual farming spot.
Also you're in the wrong section. This shouldn't even be in player guide and help. you should just ask these questions in civil chat.
