Lost Acc.

Last year at the end of summer i had started a Nodiatis Acc. NAME: Denea, and i played for quite a while but then stopped for a while but then at the end of the year i tried to log on again but it said Acc. dose not exist so i tried again same thing , so i am just posting this to see if there is anything that can be done about this, hope you can help,

if accounts havent been logged on for a while. they get auto wiped i believe .. i remember reading that somewhere.. you have to log on like once a month or once every other month or something

only the accounts that were N and never paid/had a face will be wiped...i lost a few of my N's that i stopped playing.

accounts that have paid anything ever are safe.

If you had a non paid account, it would have gotten deleted after 3 months of non activity. Before that though, there will be some emails sent to the email account known to Glitchless to warn you that this will happen, so you can log in if you wish to keep the account. Had this happen to my alt account and was notified in time about it.

If you had a paid account, you should email glitchess, cause as stated before, they should not get deleted.

Correct. If you want an account to be safe from deletion forever then use a TC on it and it's safe for life - even if you didn't buy the TC with real money. Otherwise your account will be deleted after 90 days of inactivity and not be recoverable.
