for the 1% on rank 1....must you hit 100 damage in order to get the effect or is anything under 100 also a 1 heal?

well if the formula for calculating heal cause of the rune rounds up it should heal 1 with 50 damage if it only rounds down then it wont unless you do 100 damage

the game rounds as you would expect it to (up for > or == 0.5; down for < 0.5). So when you do 50 dmg, 1% of that is 0.5 and is rounded up to 1. To leech 2 from a 1% vampiric effect you would need to hit for at least 150 (1% = 1.5)
