I have looked everywere to find out this basick info:- how much is standerd/top end. How long do you get game time? both accounts? Can you go from 'N' to payed?

using a TC you can get 4 weeks standard, 10 days premium or 7hr rt.

upgrading to standard you get 16 weeks for 19:95 +1 hr rt a day
upgrading to premium you gett 16 weeks for 49:95 +2 hr rt a day

N cn upgrade anytime they want to..

also click the $ beside you RT and RRT bars at the bottom of the page give all the upgrade options
