Archer gemming

I started a vampire archer recently and got him through the Scorchlands, but I'm not quite sure what to do with his gems. My pure white layout with both heals and two ranks of Stigmata (with a random Ignition 1 thrown in to use my spare mana) has been working pretty well so far, but with my mana and energy not going up when I level unless I throw stat points their way (which I don't want to do unless I have to), I can't just keep ranking these gems up without eventually going OOM in one cast. I tried some DD as well, and even though I have some Int as an archer, it just can't compete with DoTs without a staff.

My inclination is to go white/green for heavy energy use and stack both auras and Wisp Lift so that I can actually cast heals and Stigmatas without spending stat points outside my character's area of expertise. Is this likely to give enough healing output to be a worthwhile use of my spirit trophies at higher levels?

I would suggest Gaias for healing they cost no mana or energy, and constantly heal you, if you wish to use DoT gems don't go too high rank wise or you will find your mana/energy to get pwnt pretty hard. Trascendence and Wisp lift can help in both those respects. As a vamp when you get to higher levels you will find that you heal off hitting mobs so unless your armour and def are really bad, you won't find yourself getting killed if they aren't hitting you super hard.

When I started I initially used DD and DoT gems. I found that after a while just using a couple DoTs like Antigenesis (uses both mana and energy) was my best bet. I have my PSt and MST at 100 (min lvl) and i'm lvl 70. I don't know if i actually answered anything, but please message me in game if you need anything (aside from free stuff :P)

when you arent a caster i would suggest life magic combineed with grey magic for aura's since that can give both healing and resistance aura's for both damage and magic attacks in general that would be the best choice as you dont need gems for damage

also in relation to this you should get wizardry to lvl 10 so you can use second gem pouch for escaping by either keeping it empty or putting grey escape gems in it this will be very handy when encountering rnadom bosses
