Staff / Whip for an archer

Hi, I'm an archer, and have some questions about staff and whip

1. If I dual wield whips can I get another 20% (total 40%) crit % for the predacity skills?

2a. When backpacking reach 25 or 50, do u get all the stat bonus from all the equipment sets too?

2b. Also if first set I equip a whip, and 2nd set I equip a staff (and both set have a box of course), do I get my pet's whip bonus AND gem bonus from staff??

1. With a Whip Equipped you get an additional 20% added to whatever your skill level gives you.

2.All you get is an additional equip area, they do not stack they are for switching between different kinds of suits.

3.No, you dont get a bonus on both, you cannot have a staff equiped with a bow as far as i know.
