Nod not running...

I use computers at my local libraries. For some odd reason, some computers will play the java applet just fine, and others will not. However, ALL of their computers play other java applets just fine (such as RuneScape...).

I noticed another player's post and the response was that it was a temporary thing for him. Is it possible that it may be something I need to wait out? It just doesn't make sense that another online java game runs fine and Nodiatis does not.
