Network Issues March 20th 10pm
On the night of March 20th for a period of several hours our servers on the east coast lost connectivity due to a partial power failure in the Virginia datacenter. Our server did not crash or lose power, however, essential switches that connect our server to the broader network went down causing the network disconnection. Losing connection from Nodiatis can be a traumatic experience and we appreciate your understanding in this matter. Obviously interruptions like these are just as unacceptable to us as they are to our players and if they occur frequently we will change datacenters.
