questions about accuracy and damage

if I use slashing or piercing weapon,which one, STR OR DEX, should I add more points to ?
Maybe someone can tell me about which one affects the accuracy more and which one affects the damage more for these two types of weapon.

dex is accuracy
str is usually most important max damage factor

Can you suggest a ratio of points between str and dex?

usually, for slashers, keep about them even
crushers, more in str
piercers more in dex
