Default Encumbrance bug and/or exploit

When one is encumbered for 3x his encumbrance level he can not gate, walk or start combat.

There is a way though to go back to town:

- start combat while not encumbered
- now put all the stuff from your storage in your inventory
- die in that fight and you'll go back to town (even if you are > 3x encumbered)

this will save you more time than gate, walk back, gate, etc ... to move your stuff to town, at any level/situation i can think off).

Not very exploitable once you get a few levels under your belt and can utilize recalls without blowing your life savings, but definitely a good bug find.

and Zenga where are you fighting that it takes 1hour(of rrt/rt) to walk there.

20 minutes rtt equals 1 hour.
So gate back to town (and leave your other drops at the place you were fighting) and walk back to pick up the rest can easily supersede 20 minutes including fights to get there (I know you can walk with a staff, but still ....).

Now for a level 60 it's 60 minutes, but for a level 18 in pet forest it's only 18 minutes.

As to your question decker:
- i was recently in petrified forest & moss dungeon with an alt
- last 2 days i was in oil swamp with lvl 60 chars

Of course since recall pots are out it makes less sense. Burt what would you do at level 16 when you have been fighting a few hours in pet forest on rtt and you're 4-5x encumbered, die and loose 16 minutes or walk back 4-5 times or use 10 recall and 10 gate pots?
