are them important? can i skip them? i want to focus on a small number of skills...

They are spirit requiering, once you get up a few levels a stack of ten will get you 2 levels, that's when it's a good time to get them up a bit, I'd just stick to raising them when they are "cheap" to raise.

well im lvl 12 ...i think ill skip them until lvl 20-25 at least

oky im back with new questios , i just find out enchanting skill/rod and im playing with my hunting stuff and silks....what + and what - should i use? i maked +3 int -3cnt right now on my items and i guess i should + on int/dex and - pst/mst...am i right?

Compleatly up to, as long as you don't lower the stats I wrote as important it won't be terrible, putting - on Str is a good idea.
