Question about leveling.

I hate being forced to take meaningless stat points, so once I found out you can, I disabled that evil stat cycling. However since I did that, I haven't gained 1 "char" level, even though my melee stat is rank 9.

I really hope this Isn't the case, but do all three stat catagories need to be equal rank, to go up a lv?

is your stat skill area on CE? if it is you won't level.... as for if it isn't any level with a 9 in it is a hell level and takes longer to level. You still need to level 4 stat levels to gain a level.

Well my char is only lv 4, and yea I read about hell levels. Oh, It's every four stat gains(I have a total of 18 stat levels)?

PS. What's CE?
