New rupture based skill
Just gonna throw this one out there and see the feedback.
I'd like to suggest a new LG or Epic skill that would give you a % chance to ignore your own rupture triggers if the total damage caused would be less than the required amount to kill your target, much like Shaft will only proc with an assumed kill (I'm ignoring the factors that allow someone to survive a rupture). When you rupture on a high health target with ridiculous regenerative capabilities, if it does not kill, it is completely negated within seconds. DoT skills (hasten demise and rupture) are the only ones I know of that are kept intentionally low, favoring larger ruptures (because hasten reduces total stacked damage by ticking off in bigger chunks, and because more ruptures are going to cause your rupture totals to be less due to occurring too often).
