PKK wrongly able to force?

So either its my understanding of it or its not working.

lvl 79 with no combats skill's above 99. Was able to be forced by a lvl 84 with lgs.

The 79 did have 100 petmanship to nom trophies but was de lvled to 99. Pker was never above lvl 79 this reroll (freakymagic)

The PK in question is level restricted to +/- 5 levels.

A level 84 would need to have some combat skills at 105 to be considered overskilled and unable to force combat on a level 79 PK who was +/- 5 level restricted. Simply having lvl 100 petmanship is only 16 levels above their level.

also when forcing a pk (pkking the pker) does it count your current level or your max level (assuming you are a normal account who can freely delevel)

Devil's first question was ambiguous. I read it as he was asking if the PK's "overskilled" limit would be allowed to be +5 higher than usual if a PKK attacking him was +5 levels higher. It could also be read as though he's asking about the PKK's "overskilled" determination.

The actual text in the guide, which I quoted above, is explicit in saying that the PKK's overskilled determination is based on "their own level".

Regardless, I should not have answered it since it could be read in different ways. Since doing so was my error, I can reverse the PK status and refund the orchids if you wish.

According to Demon he was not able to force the PK due to having stat skills above 105.

It was probably Defiance, which is not a "main 4 stat skill"

i hunted him with demonreaper at first. delvl'd to 84, tried to force. got the "blah blah blah 20 skills above blah blah" message. didnt understand was highly confused. till i realised he is a dc dd. so ofc i have 140 destruction...the only skill i have over 100 even aside my main stat skills. i then went with my alt demonlord, delvl'd to 84, and doesnt have a single skill above lvl 100 aside his 4 main stat skills and recived the same message...hunting r hard....why yew no let me keel him

I see the issue that would have caused him to be unable to attack due to overskilling one of the 4 main stat skills, which should not be the case. Will fix it shortly.

Don't care about the 10m or the pk status, just lame spent a week feeding it because thought it worked one way and it didn't. But that's life *shrugs*

How does this whole skills thing work then... if they're open range does it remove the skill limitation or since i have a skill above 121 on Tsutsu i wont ever be able to pkk someone?
