If they're open range they're not level restricted, are they?

For slow effects, use the slow % but as a negative.

Just repeat for multiple effects.

DO NOT multiply by 1+slow% to get your new delay. 1*1.4 is not the same as 1/0.6 and your answer will be wrong.

Correct. Open range means not level restricted. And anyone level 80 or above is open range by default. If you're an overskilled PKK, you can attack only open range PKs.

so it only goes based of the pk's skills. not who he pk's? cause he pk'd lvl 90 toons and still wasnt considered open range :|

"If they attack players below the range of this level buffer or are grouped with fellow PKs during forced player combat, then they permanently become fair game to all level players."

They're allowed to attack out of their own range, but only above, not below.

I'm pretty sure it still lists them inside a 5 level range unless they pk lower levels... which is why I was asking.

When it makes a PK announcement it says PK (Lvl 74 to 84) or something similar, and the range being listed is the range of the people that are allowed to attack the PK (if not overskilled). The PK can attack above that range, however, stating the max value still is necessary for the PKKs to know.

I mean more that, when you pk at cap (85) unless you kill below your range, it will list a pk with range 80-90~ so it's not technically open range...

Demons, the fix is done, but not patched to the server yet.

Tsu, great point. Will change it to say open range.

Actually, it was displaying the level range of Open Range PKs in a way that was clear to see they no longer had a level restriction (1-90):

However, the change to saying Open Range is still beneficial for clarity's sake, since that's become a technical indicator, so still implementing the suggested change.

I bet he had a skill above 111 is why his was indicated that way. The old system would keep you in a level range still.
