Default Unable to buy arrow from store
Just downteired and tried to unsb a degen arrow (t2 downteir to 2x t1s, sold 1 to store other was sb in inv). When i went to buy back the t1 degen arrow from the store got the message "you only need 1 arrow! Arrows are not consumed, they are magically recovered after every attack" and was unable to buy the arrow back form the store.

Was able to give gold to alt and buy it back that way but could be nasty surprise for someone with only 1 toon or in a popular town.

We must prevent that from occurring on anything but the lowest level arrows, thank you for the report.
