Your Nodiatis Cache Folder has every single image the game uses stored in it.
For example, file 35d78a75b384c2574b6b0ac20c8bfd0569a10ecd32552de388 2c874c1e909876.cch is the map tile for the area around Maalin and file d76785862a158d7181bd81c2df4a1210599ad1d31e74fdd4bb ca8d0ace07d5ea.cch is the Princess's tits.
The thing is, mobs aren't overlayed with transparency onto zone backgrounds- each mob has its own flattened image with the mob and the zone.
For example, the Bog Swamp background is 207404ff800f72701ccd87baa061878769fdde9c842939dd60 98fdb134722776.cch while the Guk Golem is 665910aa0de5ac8fbaf5eaa18cc6378d49dfcf7dccd4298a6b 32c4c4c7a59f7e.cch.
This means that you can't simply move the mobs up/down/left/right, and you're forced to move the health bar.
I don't know why I spent time explaining this because nobody was suggesting moving the mobs.

Anyhow, Fleef, you can show an example of how the interface would look by simply editing one of those images in paint with a health bar overlayed.
I'm too lazy to do that so here's a ****ty edit with a big missing hole in the middle of the screen:
Maybe it's the lack of auras/effects but it doesn't seem right having it all the way up there.
Honestly, I never minded not seeing the faces of the mobs.

I really have no idea where I was going with this. Buff pallies.
And don't forget, the princess's tits are d76785862a158d7181bd81c2df4a1210599ad1d31e74fdd4bb ca8d0ace07d5ea.cch.
