Default v2.244 Background Disconnect Fix, Browser Client, Smart Position, HotBar Opacity
The issue with being kicked out of arena queue and chat not updating on background tabs has been fixed, we believe.

The browser client will now intelligently center the main window based on the hotbar size and position for better use of screen space.

The bottom links have been integrated into the client for performance reasons.

The opacity of the hotbar can now be set via general hotbar options.

An issue with mobile panning stuttering is should be reduced or eliminated and high sensitivity panning with 1 finger has been restored.

2.245 fixes issue with chat failing to open sometimes.

v2.246 allows initiating chat with spacebar (for chat without pressing enter) and fixes scrolling in IE.

Although the background connection issue is resolved, we still appear to have the issue of the black interface for a while when returning to a tab you've been away from for a while. We are looking into a fix.
