Default v2.238 Browser Client
Fixed an issue where dragging the hot bar would potentially cause a button press.

Much better panning range limits have been added for mobile.

Smart scaling has been added to context and mouseover windows for mobile.

v2.239 fixes an issue on some mobile devices where you could not click text boxes.

v2.240 has better smart scaling for context menus so they are easier to click
