Downtiering LGs has always produced soulbound LGs in order to prevent exploitation. In order to prevent someone from not realizing this, downtiering an LG now requires the LG to first be soulbound.
A fix to the "Chat without pressing enter" method was necessary. Only alphanumerics will be able to open chat now, and only if they haven't first activated a hot key.
More performance and responsiveness has been added to mobile and specifically touch screen panning.
We are testing a slightly different framerate limiting method, which should for your FPS to cap at your native refresh rate. Do not be alarmed if your FPS drops to something like 60/120. With this method, having the frames ready to render closer to the time before they actually display would theoretically feel more responsive than updating at 120 and having the frames updated at random intervals between the true display refresh.
