Default Arena Matchmaking Tweak Prior to Rush
In order to ensure teams with high rating are not at a disadvantage (or inclined to want a lower rating) we are removing the max 1500 rating gap for 3v3 premade matchmaking until rush week begins. Matchmaking will still prioritize teams with closer rating, however, it will allow the weakest to fight the strongest as well so both can gain bonus and perhaps the weaker team will get a chance to see what the strongest teams are doing, rather than continually facing the teams around their own rating.

To prevent this from being exploited by off-hours queue dodgers, it will only apply to prime time hours: Server time 10:00 to 24:00
