Okay i have the epic 9 arrow with its bleed ability. Now ive noticed that occasionally it will dsay resisted after a hit when i cast no offensive magic. If this is right what does the arrows ability go off of? My CNC and another point is if your CNC sucks what the point of epics then if a mob will resist them
