The tool appears to be working properly. Java probably ran out of memory and freaked out. You need to close all your browser windows when that happens, not just the one that has the issue.

I'll need a screenshot and more descriptions of the symptoms ie if the browser window is still responsive.

k, the screenshot won't show much the screen locks up and if you move the browser the entire screen goes blank, when you relog it just locks up on the entering nodiatis message, non responsive at all. i should mention it took a few browser restarts to get it going again. i'll try to get a screenshot if it happens again but it seemed to work fine when i noticed the scaling tool no longer had a icon.

This is a client error. What I need you to do when it occurs is click tools then open the sun java console and paste the error it is showing.

The error has been found and fixed with the latest reload. 10k gold to Decker for his help reporting details with the screenshots.

Also wanted to mention, this type of bug (where a command is sent to the client that the client doesn't like) will cause you to be unable to log on to your character for your next 2 or 3 attempts. After you try to log and crash a few times the server auto cleanses the backlog of messages and stops sending the bad message.
