Default degen arrow nerf
as far as I know glitch, you say you don't nerf things right?
and especially not ninja nerf.
did I miss some patch notes where you lowered the effect of Degen arrows?

former procs:
t1 65%
t2 70%
t3 75%
t4 80%
t5 83%


now:
t1 65%
t2?
t3 74%
t4 ?
t5 79%

srsly did I miss patch notes? kinda sucks for people like andre who got a t5. is 79% still op? yes. but he paid for a t5 at 83%. not 79%. hell his t4 was better than that.

I will pm every person I know who might have a screenie or video showing a t3 or 5 Degen arrow. I am certain someone has one. the nba has the uptier listed as it is too. so it's not just my memory failing =p and highly doubt it's the only lg I recorded wrong proc on when other people are noticing issue too.

Sometimes we tweak values of higher tier LGs but only if we don't think anyone has received them yet. Unfortunately the database for drops is based on players' recent activity and if he wasn't logged on for a while when we checked, it would have appeared as though nobody had it. The fairest thing to do is to return the tiers to their former value. This will take effect tomorrow morning.
