Level 36 consuming 1 gate potion

Default Level 36 consuming 1 gate potion
I had rerolled to a Warlock and until level 10 used 1 of each potion to move around. Now at level 36 I am seeing that recall potions are burning at 3 per use however gates are being used at 1 per use. I am unsure if this is a bug or not.

Caster classes get to gate with 1 potion at all levels.
