would affect game balance a fair bit. sounds fair yes? everyone has option? but some builds have more use for more runes. while others don't.
let's take a bm vs a dcdd.
dcdd options: assurance, manatic, euphoric, clarifying, mana theft, energy theft, crit, pain, vamp. 9 options to get all their primarily useful runes.
bm: aggression, crit, pain, quick/swift, manatic/manatheft/euphoric (don't need all like dcdd). lesser options are str. dex. what would 8th rune be? something even mildly useful....cnt?
