LG Class Suggestions
Some rough ideas. Hopefully one of them can be interesting. Honestly these don't even need to be LG classes.
Beguiler
Preferring to focus on consistency and disarming their enemies, beguilers embrace psych magic. They masterfully mix damage and incapacitation to make their enemies fall. Their study of magic grants them a 3% (up to 9% with class-enhancing skills) bonus to all grey and blue magic effects, a 2% (up to 6% with class-enhancing skills) chance for any grey or blue DD gem to cause a random 1 second incapacitate effect, and a 3% (up to 9% with class-enhancing skills) bonus to all minimum damage.
Special Ability
Arcane Disarmament - Removes 2 random gems of your enemy target from play and applies a 15% gem draw slow aura on all enemies for 5 seconds. 3 minute cooldown.
Juggler
To some, a juggler may appear to be a simple fool- an entertainer. Those few who have survived combat with an experienced juggler can vouch for their ability to freely manipulate both gems and weapons with incredible speed. Jugglers have a 5% (up to 15% with class-enhancing skills) bonus to both melee attack speed and gem draw speed.
Special Ability
Lightning Hands - Greatly increases multiattack chance for 10 seconds. 6 minute cooldown.
Drunken Master
No mere stuttering alcoholic, the drunken master is one who has managed to incorporate his drunkenness into a fighting style focused on dodging enemy attacks. As a benefit of his constant intoxication, the drunken master receives an 8% (up to 24% with class-enhancing skills) bonus to his agility. Additionally, the drunken master can shrug off incapacitating effects more quickly than normal, causing them to have 3.5% (up to 10.5% with class-enhancing skills) less duration against him.
The Drunken Master can have two potions active at one time, so long as the total combined rank of those potions does not exceed 15.
Special Ability
Borrow Drink - Driven by the desire to drink, the drunken master attacks an enemy with his teeth and draws out some of the power in their potion. For 10 seconds, the effect of the target's potion is reduced by half and the drunken master benefits from the effects of that potion for the same amount. 4 minute cooldown.

Just repeat for multiple effects.
DO NOT multiply by 1+slow% to get your new delay. 1*1.4 is not the same as 1/0.6 and your answer will be wrong.
