Focused window

Default Focused window
When on one toon with it being Focused, your other alts don't slow down to idle status, and when you mouse over a same screen "window" that overlaps your alt it pops up info. on the unfocused window. You can't click it but it's still pops that info

We have reproduced this bug and are investigating the cause.
