We don't normally get involved in transactions, but since this one is so large and it is being laid out publicly and explicitly, we'll help in the following way:

In exchange for both the T7 and T8 koks, Juryoku is promising to pay Darklords 100 TCs a week until a total of 3775 TCs have been paid. Until payment is completed, the items will not fully belong to Juryoku, thus he cannot sell them to anyone else. If he's 2 weeks late in payment, his accounts will be banned and the two items will be returned to Darklords, regardless of who the items may be on at the time.

Both parties should state whether they agree to the above. Quote it for clarity.

I've terminated, koks were unsb and traded back to Darklords. Past payments are to be kept by Darklords, no future payments to be made.
