Name swapping and name change ?

Now that name swapping is allow can name changes be done? In other words, just rename a toon not trade with a different toon ?

Just make a new account using the name you want and then make the switch.

This would be true with swapping names as well. They could just make a new account. To be fair and consistent names changes should be allowed to. If it were up to me i would not allow either. Nevertheless, since swapping is allowed change should also be allowed.

This is glitches version of name changing. It's likely easier for him to do it this way than just outright changing peoples names. and I'm ALL for the easiest option.
