Autoremove gem slot option

I suggest a "ctrl+click" on a gem slot for "autoremove".When a gem is put in the autoremove slot it is automatically removed.

This could help with spamming gems.You simply click for the gem to go into that slot and it will be removed (so you don't have to right click it), BUT the aura will stay (if the aura gem requires energy/mana then you will pay the mana/energy requirements)

When it comes to "starting gems" they will be removed at the beginning of the fight (or end of the countdown for arena), making the aura itself stay, making it a bit easier for gem spammers.(Simply less clicking)

edit: (free) continuous gems such as gaia's blessing (and sylvan restoration) should work too before being autoremoved
