"Autocast" rune activation

Allow masters and officers to set runes to repeatedly activate, assuming RP is available by shift-clicking a rune, just like auto cast.

Saves someone from having to stay up till 4 am or whatever to activate the runes, plan all activations ahead of time, and eliminates any possible downtime when someone forgets etc.

Would be super convenient glitch!
