You forget that they would do it, cause it helps them as well. A new pet comes out, lets try it with xx armor.

a new weapon, lets try this combo.

This way they can test, others with different stats can test the same out, and nothing is getting bound to a single person.

Especially when it comes to epic tools (including Still) and mats so newbies could learn about crafting asap, and others could save on buying epic tools (table for beastcraft for example).Also support for the "brand" thing, so people couldn't just run away with expensive stuff.

Hey on wow there is up to 7 shared storage chests full of legendary gear enchant items crafting stuff. Master decides what chest you can take from. There is also a gold pool you can pit in and take from (we already have rp dont need this).
I'm not trying to be like wow but holy crap did I like that feature. I got some cool stuff and put in cool stuff.
This only doesnt work if the clan member is a ####head and they should be booted anyway

Bump. One slot per member of the clan, so the only ones who would exploit this would be people like jade, beet, brother and anyone who has a ton of toons.

im supporting this for stuff such as potions and gear/gems but definitely 100% NOT for mats of any tier/kind (even tho right now my alt would benefit greatly for mat storage lol)

N's should not be allowed to place anything in these vaults (they cannot trade so why should they be allowed to give anything to a clan vault its not storage after all), any items should be clan bound somehow and cannot be modified at all (meaning if you get any piece or armor or weapon from the clan storage you cannot temper/stone/morph/tier it at all) when a certain item is put into clan its temper/enchant stone will be wiped from it. Potions of course can be consumed by anyone provided you have the required potion making/player levels to use them normally.

master and officers are the only people who should be able to destroy items to make room for new items.

there should be a monthly rune power requirement for use of this storage (not individual but for the clan), im thinking 100k rune power PER SLOT and im sure if clans want this bad enough they will pay (100k per slot is rather cheap in my opinion but if you disagree feel free to post an alternative amount).

overall it is a good idea, as being an officer in otcst i am currently holding low ranking armor class potions for members of the clan to use but they are only able to get them when i am online meaning if they have a tough boss quest and are unpaid they are unable to get access to these potions (incentive to become standard i know but back on track with this idea).

I support this but again brings to the forefront the very little power clan masters have to actually protect their members...this is great idea but we would also need tools to be able to police bad behaviour in the community to avoid abuse
