Default Dark Knight Question

"3% bonus to non-aura detrimental effects vs. player targets."

Are attacks counted as detrimental effects? Is all damage counted as a detrimental effect?

For slow effects, use the slow % but as a negative.

Just repeat for multiple effects.

DO NOT multiply by 1+slow% to get your new delay. 1*1.4 is not the same as 1/0.6 and your answer will be wrong.

Damage can come from an effect or an attack. Attacks are not effects and effects are not attacks.

I feel like im effected every time I'm attacked with a mele weapon. WHY DOES THIS HAPPEN SO MUCH IRL. The effects are both physical as well as emotional. For example last time my wife attacked me with a fork I experienced a decrease of 73 hp a loss of a quarter liter of blood (bloodlet damage) and a lasting 10% decrease to my mood wish is apparently going to persist for the rest of the battle. Apparently marriage is a battle.
