Default New Skill, Sacred Defender and Pet Buffs, Gem Changes

Skills
Sacred Defender now works for non-shield users, although it only cleanses half of all pending DoT damage while in combat for them.

Life from Death - new skill added which converts up to 100% of your overhealing from life stealing effects toward the removal of that much pending DoT damage.

Pet Buffs
Venomback Lizard - now does double the previous proc damage and reduces your cleanse cooldown by 30% (does not increase with tier) each.

Armored Companion - delay and max damage have been increased for greater burst damage and now reduces cleanse cooldown by 15% (does not increase with tier) each.

Tommy the Turtle - gives a bonus to cure gems as well as heal gems. His description also draws attention to his higher than average damage, though his damage has not been changed.

Flesheater - max damage increased by 2.

Weasel Cuddlebug - now decreases shatter cooldown by 20% (does not increase with tier) each.

Soul Devourer - now causes pet attacks to vamp 5% (of the damage dealt) mana and energy.

Honey Badger - now increases the effect of the Gravebound skill by 20% (does not increase with tier) each. Note this is multiplicative, so the base 30% Gravebound of a two hander would be go to 30 * 1.2 *1.2 = 43.2%, not 70%.

Dream Stalker - this pet was already heavily used, but it has been buffed indirectly via the new Life from Death skill that was added.

Gem Changes
The Exhaustion and Mind Numbing gem lines have been changed to tick more frequently, and immediately after mana/energy regeneration. This should make them far more effective at preventing an enemy from refreshing an aura gem if you are keeping their mana/energy depleted.
