Double attack

Does double attack chance increase or stack with other items chance for double attack? IE does thraki bow stack with dragon tamer chest?

All procs like that stack. 10% + 10% = 1 - (90% * 90%) = 19% chance.

The only exception so far to doublecasting is DT BP for DDs. It counts as a separate chance, giving the wearer chances for triple/quad casts, as each cast of the original doublecast has a chance to also be doublecast. The rest stack as above.
