Default S2: Can't free reroll?

Today, I've been trying to use a free reroll for my S2 toon, Phyrian.

When asked to type in FREEREROLL to confirm the reroll, it keeps giving me the error "Type it in all caps or hit cancel", despite me typing it exactly the way it tells me too ("FREEREROLL").

I've already cleared cache and restarted the browser, to no avail. Any suggestions?

This is what I've been using:

Type FREEREROLL to confirm: FREEREROLL

This results in the same error: "Type it exactly in all caps or hit cancel."

you have to click yes again after you type it, not hit enter

For slow effects, use the slow % but as a negative.

Just repeat for multiple effects.

DO NOT multiply by 1+slow% to get your new delay. 1*1.4 is not the same as 1/0.6 and your answer will be wrong.

We've tested it and it works for us. What version of the client do you have? Is it Java or HTML5?

As I said before, this is caused by hitting the enter key after typing FREEROLL rather than clicking the yes button. Hitting yes causes a successful reroll.

Clicking yes after typing it in does work, though I've been able to succesfully reroll on S1 by simply hitting enter after typing it in. Not sure why I can't now, but at least my issue is fixed.

Glitch, I was using the Java client (Mainly because I can't really use the Flash client as it stops handling clicks when I use the touchscreen part of my laptop.)

You should be able to hit enter. That you cannot in Java is a bug that will need to be squashed.

That was Huggles screenshot. The bug was legit in the Java client where you had to click and couldn't hit enter. Now you should be able to do either.

Whoops didn't even notice the typo. But I did recently reroll a toon on java and have the problem which is why I thought it to be the cause.
