Dismantle/Destroy Bug?

Default Dismantle/Destroy Bug?
I literally just tried dismantling my 99 arm tp, clicked the "are you sure you want to dismantle this item" and clicked yes, then it said item destroyed....

Thats 3 t30 dusts down the drain, when i clicked dismantle

Glitch, could you get ahold of me please?

You didn't dismantle a sleeve, you destroyed a recipe.

thats what i was referring to, a sleeve tp. But i didnt destroy it, i was dismantling it. Im almost certain i clicked dismantle.
