Trouble Clicking

The past few Days i've been having trouble Clicking... it is like the mouse isn't actually where it says it is... only doing this in Chrome while Playing Nod...i have to Click a bunch of times to get it to respond, then once it does respond that is all i can do untill I go through the Process again... or change windows and then back

Is it Just me having this problem or is there other people with it like this?
