No Sound

v 2050, FF, Win 7 After test patch on 9/21/2014 at about 1;30 . there was patch or crash , afterwards No sound. Music will play but fight gong, pms, fight sounds will not:

What FF version? There are issues with 31, but 32 should work.

Now sound is not working again, even with sound on , i get no sounds at all. I mean i usually play with just pm sounds, but even with all sounds on , i don't get pm sound or any other sound

reloading fixes problem, so far

reloading does not fix problem, it seems to be that once you click the no sounds button once, which should allow pm and arena gong sounds, it turns off all sound, and you have to reload to get sound. I don't know if i am being clear. I want no sound but pms, arena gongs, and fight bells, I can't get that , only full sound if I reload with that selected.

and now reloading does not even fix it.

Update Firefox so you have version 32.0.1 or greater.
If the problem continues after that, tell us what it says when mouseover the sound icon, both before and after the problem begins.
