Which happens first when calculating final stats Mitigated Penalties or Stat Enhancement?

So if I were to -10 mst on a raiden arm with 100 SE and MP i would get

25*1.25 = 31.25
10/2 = 5
31.25-5 = 26.25 rounded down to 26 mst?

Actually the order doesn't matter.
The game adds together all + stats, modifies total by enhancement, rounds result.
Adds together all - stats, modifies total by mit penalties, rounds result.

Final two results are added.


Because it's based off the total of all of a particular stat of every item, you may see a different stat delta when going from naked to equipping an item, and going from equipped to equipping that same item.

BUMP.

Clarification: Stat Enhance/Mitigated Penalties is applied on a per-item basis. If an item has a + to a stat, SE is applied. For example, Regulus Legging gives +2 cnc. Stat enhance boosts this to 2.5.

If an item has a - to a stat, even if the item originally had a + to the stat, ONLY Mitigated Penalties is applied. For example, a Tier 1 Raiden's Sleeve gives +25 cnc. If you enchanted it with a -40 cnc stone, it would have a -15 total. Mitigated Penalties would make that -7.5.

Therefore, with these two items equipped, your total modifier to cnc would be -5.
