Default Predacity and Pet Crits

Skill description: "This skill increases your crit chance for pet attacks by up to 10%. Note that when using at least 1 whip your pets have a 20% base chance to crit, but this skill does not require the use of a whip."

At level 100 Predacity, would the skill provide 30% to crit? Or is the 20% base crit chance completely independent of the Predacity skill, resulting in it being separate 20% from whip and 10% from Predacity.

For slow effects, use the slow % but as a negative.

Just repeat for multiple effects.

DO NOT multiply by 1+slow% to get your new delay. 1*1.4 is not the same as 1/0.6 and your answer will be wrong.
