Rank 15: 7.5 levels higher

what i meant is half a skill point( which is probebly hard to code or whatever) or just a half point making half the potions effectivly more expensive versions of the potion before. i didnt mean to insult, more ask how it worked as i dont really see it

Not everyone has the intestinal fortitude to become a high lvl crafter and I think it should stay that way.
