Standard AND Premium

I had 3 days of premium left. Out of curiosity, I used a tc for 4 weeks of standard and it let me, leaving me with 4 weeks of standard and 3 days of premium.
After that, I converted my time into premium, leaving a few seconds on standard that I watched fade away.

Since it used the standard time after I converted, I assume it was considering Standard as active. Also, my third rune slot was not unlinked, so I assume Premium did not get "paused" while Standard was being used.

Question is: how does the game handle both upgrades being on at the same time? (uses one before the other? if so, which one?)
And by any chance does it give 6x passive speed >.>?

Premium time is always prioritized and used before standard. They are not both used together. If you saw some standard time tick down after you converted it to premium, this was likely due to a client quirk, as it handles the display using some estimation, so the server doesn't constantly need to update the client with the exact amount of rested time left.
