HP regen formula

Hello. I'm curious what the formula for HP regen is out of combat. You see, I know that combat regen is 10% of non-combat regen, and I recently came into possession of a Hypergen. However, I'm currently using Gaia's Blessing 3 and preparing to switch to Gaia's Blessing 4. This is why I would like the non-combat HP regen formula, because I currently can't tell which gem would be more effective for me.

In short, would someone please give me the HP regen formula so I know which gem to use? Thank you for your time.

glitch doesnt give up formulas but looking at your toon if its same name i wouldnt worry TOO much about reg right now. Its helpful but really you want defense and dps to level up and not die.
