i was looking through game changes and patches but can not find a post about a change i heard about. what is the thread name of the change that makes 99 epics only drop as tp? thread name is fine or a copy paste of it here will do. ty.

Epics will now have a 1 in 3 chance of dropping in the form of a recipe copy. These epic copies are now freely tradable even if you do not have the virtues for the item. This will give the crafters of Nodiatis a method of turning epics that would sometimes be destroyed due to being uneeded and untradable into a profitable way to do what they enjoy most - craft great items that players actually want and need. The highest tier epics in the game (Level 90+) will only drop in the form of recipes so crafters at later stages of the game will be immensely important.

Note, we have chosen them to drop as recipe copies rather than master recipes in order to increase their value. These recipe copies have a high intrinsic value due to the fact that with a recipe copy you do not need epic dust to create the epic so the creation of the item is quite cheap.
